DELYN MODEL FLYING CLUB is a friendly club based just off junction 31 of the A55 near to the town of Caerwys in North Wales.
The club welcomes members of all ages and abilities and offers free model flying instruction for newcomers to the hobby.
As an affiliated club of the BMFA, we offer the facility for instruction and testing to various levels of the BMFA achievement scheme.
Club Meetings are held on the second Friday of every month. Please see the Events page for details of the next meeting.
Flying of all types of aircraft at the “Kettle Field” is available from 09:00 until dusk Monday to Saturday and until 13:00 on Sundays. With the exception of pre arranged special events, Sunday afternoon flying is limited to quiet electric and silent flight models only.
Events
Throughout the year, special events are organised both at the club field and other local venues.
A number of our events are open to all. Just bring proof of insurance / BMFA membership card and join in!
